I own a contracting company. Scammers called and tricked my receptionist into visiting a webpage and downloading a program. When I realized who she was talking to I shut everything down in the office immediately not knowing how far they got into my network. A good friend of mine at RadioActive Electronics recommended Adam to me. Within an after calling Aaron was working on it for me. He got everything cleaned out and determined the laptop was safe to reconnect with my network.
What a huge relief! I'm already running around like a maniac with the amount of work we have to do, having my computer and management system down and possibly compromised was completely nerve racking. You guys rock, these are well deserved 5 star reviews.

Knowledgeable and patient are the two qualities that come to mind on those occasions that I have had to reach out to Iconium Networks. It is truly remarkable how Adam can not only assess an issue but fix it remotely in a calm and logical manner. Matt and his team have serviced our office for the past two years. They slip in, fix our computer issues, and get us back up and running. I have used Iconium for our law firm of 10 people. Iconium keeps us up and running as well as secure for cyber threats. More than that, Iconium is responsive and creative about solving multiple interface issues with our hardware, software and VOIP solutions. They are very knowledgeable and allow me to run my business while they run my IT. It is a great affordable option to having your own IT staff. I can't recommend Matt and Adam enough! I have solicited Adam and Iconium Networks for several IT projects at my office. They are always prompt, professional and able to solve our issues. But last week they exceeded my already high expectations. An employee accidentally clicked on a link that shut our entire system down. Within 30 minutes, Adam was there, quickly assessed the issue, and within a couple of hours had everything back to normal. Talk about crisis management and customer service!
