Thank God we found Bay Computing. After my Big boss got back from a trip we were just talking about how much of a relief it was knowing what could have turned into a crisis while out of town was fully handled by Bay. In the time it took our management to reach out to Bay Computing and report the issues we were having with our key software we found out they were already on the phone with the vendor after an end user called and were isolating what was causing the problem to get us settled before the weekend.

When it became clear the problem was on the vendor's side Bay Computing send detailed email updates to our core team and made sure their on-call technicians over the weekend knew all of the latest in case any help was needed overnight/the weekend. When we all got back from the weekend (and our software vendor fixed their issues) the Bay technicians also made sure to double back with our team and make sure things were good to go with the software and check to make sure none of us needed any help!
