Kevin was helpful in setting up the consult and Chris did a great job dealing with our network issues at our small law office. Always a crap shoot when you're dealing with IT issues, so it was great to deal with professionals and be able to return to focusing on my work. Recommend.

I first worked with Kevin in 2004. We had purchased a XVth century Manor House in the French Loire Valley and I wanted to build a show stopper Website to attract and inform potential vacation rentals. Kevin designed a "whow" Website with innumerable links and searches. He also trained me to use Dreamweaver (ADOBE technology) which enabled me to do routine maintenance and enhancements. Since then I called on Tech Tonics to set up a new computers, get rid of malware and viruses, and set up wireless networks. Jeremy walked me thru all these issues.
Just this week I stupidly fell for a "Hack" purportedly from Microsoft. Before I got too far, I called Kevin who instantly identified the scam, told me to hang up the phone and the same day recommended me to "Totally Computer" where I had my computer scanned and cleaned of the Trojan virus. I survived the potential heart attack! Tech Tonics is always there and solves my IT issues promptly and competently while providing invaluable tutoring and education. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Our printer quit, had some problems. There is not a lot of tech/computer service in Marin, I found Kevin on Yelp, decided to send him a mail anyway. He replied in 10 minutes, said that repair it might cost more than a new printer, but he would try to advise me how to repair it for free. Long story short, within next half hour, Kevin sent me few emails with detailed information and links, how to check the problem online, manufactory service number. even recommended a better and cheaper printer if we are going to get a new one.
Who on earth would spend that much time and effort to help a stranger, for free? I really appreciate his enthusiasm. If I ever have computer related problem, I'll definitely call Kevin for help again! :))

Kevin and his team are amazing at fixing ANY tech problems you have. My macbook pro was infiltrated by the internet mafia and I was overwhelmed by the scope of the problem. I called Tech Tonics and Kevin answered the call and immediately walked me through the steps necessary in order to protect myself. His team were efficient in fixing the problems. Devices to set up or familiar ones gone awry come around fast in Kevin's hands. I have relied on him for years to take care of a series of MacBooks, iPhones, home sound system, glitches in my home and office wireless. He's responsive right away. Sometimes he can solve the problem with instructions over email. Always his calmness and depth of knowledge start improving things fast, and he doesn't leave until it's fixed.
He's very patient and a pleasure to work with. He's also got a team in Tech Tonics who can solve a range of tech problems. I'm grateful to be a return customer and to have a chance to recommend him. He's just the best.

I have been working with Tech Tonics for a very long time. I feel very fortunate to have such a resource. Kevin Pederson is whom I work with from Tech Tonics and I find him to be a brilliant mind. He understands the most complex things in a simple way. Kevin takes the time (if time permits) to explain to me what he is doing or has done to the computer or network. Sometimes I even learn something!
To his credit over the years I have learned a lot from Kevin. I have always found Kevin to be extremely responsive. Kevin is calm and can solve a computer or network crisis in no time. I would not let anyone but Tech Tonics work on my computers or my office network.
