We called TCS for what we thought was a server running out of storage space - they diagnosed the problem quickly and found excessive retention of old back-ups on the server (not the extra hard drive used for backups). We now have plenty of server space as TCS changed the number of back-ups to be saved, and saved them to the removable hard drive. Saved us big $$$ with this small change. Brilliant work!

We switched our technology provider to TCS a few months ago and have not looked back. They have been extremely attentive and responsive and are constantly keeping us in the know. I wish all of our vendors were like TCS!
