This shop is actually one of the hidden gems in this area, I wish I knew about this place years ago! I usually build my own computers, but this new build I was looking to create would take me a while to complete. This time around, I decided to splurge and have someone do the work for me. It also saved me from going through the mental headaches of things such as installing and doing the cable management for 6 RGB fans+fan controllers and much more!

I came into the shop with a complicated PC build, with some special instructions. However, the staff were ready to take on the build! The people here are very friendly and are passionate about their work. They gave me a lot of good advice and support when it came to my PC build, and their extensive experience shows when they talk about certain things and events that predate my time working with computers.

If you're not looking for a service here, this place also sells various types of computer parts, which can save you a trip or two to the closest Microcenter. Not only did their excellent service win my trust and satisfaction, but the fact that they carry a lot of newest PC parts just adds a cherry on top!

John and Bill are the best. I wanted to splurge and have a custom PC built for me. They took the time to ask questions and learn what I needed and wanted. They easily could have pulled everything from the top shelf prices but instead, they gave me what I needed. I felt extremely satisfied with what I got and I'm sure it'll be a great rig for many years. If you need a computer and you want it done right, go see John and Bill at Affinity.

Affinity computers was recommended to me by a friend. While they resolved the main issue that I went in for, to remove a virus, the configuration and installation of the operating system was either done hurriedly or not done properly. Weeks later, I have to fidget with settings (e.g. Wi-Fi adapter goes off automatically) and I don't have an internet connection after I reboot. They delivered my PC back to me quickly, which was nice but not without issues. The price was reasonable.

I will never get a computer anywhere else again. John and Bill are amazing, they built me a new computer and greatly improved on my original plan with their thoughtful recommendations. They know their stuff, and they can explain it even to a luddite like my life partner. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service exceptional. For example, I had taken my new computer home while we were still waiting for one of the drives and was supposed to bring it back Friday afternoon at 5 so they could start the data migration and I could get it back on Saturday. I could not make it there until almost 7 pm, they close at 7. John stayed late to install the new drive and start the migration, and I was able to pick the computer up on Saturday.
