Have been through more IT companies than I care to remember over the years for my business. I was sick and tired of the lack of response, "geek speak" and condescending tone being the norm. Was lucky enough to have another business owner refer me to Potomac Computer Services and I can't even begin to underscore how different it has been working with this professional company. Communication in basic terms I can relate to my business, very responsive, proactively identifying issues I wouldn't otherwise know exist and all of this for a fair and reasonable price. So frustrating going through the previous companies but so happy we are now working with Potomac Computer Services.

Matt came the day after I called, fixed the problem in twenty minutes, and explained to me what was wrong. I would definitely recommend PCS and will continue to use them. Nadine

My GO TO company for computer problems. = I have known the owner for many many years and when I recently had computer issues, I dropped off my computer knowing that it was in great hands. I was given great advice, a very reasonable quote and now my machine is running problem free. Finding a good, reliable computer company is not longer hard. You do not have to look any more.
