SHTC, based in Medford, NJ, was founded in 1998 to provide custom computer support services and technology solutions to small business in the Delaware Valley. We provide same day, emergency and long term services on an hourly, quoted project or contract basis. What a week. Monday we were attacked by a multitude of viruses via email and one of our people downloaded a virus over the internet during the attack.

The system went into a lockdown state. I was able to contain. We have used SHTechCon for a number of years and the service is excellent with problems and new needs being resolved in a timely and professional manner.

We started this business because we saw a lack of affordable computer support for the people who need it most. We understand that many small business owners do not possess the knowledge or time required to install and maintain their own computer equipment.
