My PC was doing strange things, like not opening game or PDF apps. Another PC repair shop had refreshed Windows 10, at a cost of deleting all apps in the process, but Rick tracked the problem to apps that I was using, ironically, to improve my computer's performance. I'm going cold turkey on them. The price was fair and Rick was Johnny-on-the-spot, or Rick-on-the-spot.

Very honest I called earlier this week about having him replace my old Kraken and install a new one into my pc. He said it was something that i honestly could do myself and I would have fun doing so. He was right. He could have easily taken $150 from me to do this but was honest and respectful. Thank you man it's currently running great and was very fun to do actually! I'll be going through this man anytime i really need some help!

Rick was friendly and professional he replaced my sons laptop touchscreen after he accidentally sat on it. Computer is good as new he did very nice work fair price and supporting a local business. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I were heart broken when we got the black screen on our computer. We thought we lost all of our pictures of our six children and nine grand children. We found Rich D'Aguanno owner of Pro-Formance Computers. Rick took away our worries and explained what he would do. He repaired and improved the performance of our computer, got all our pictures back and saved our world! Thank you Rick your the BEST!

I have used pro-formance starting in 2004 when my kids kept getting viruses that needed cleaning up. Any tech problems Rick is on top of it. Fast reliable service. 5 stars

Had my PC's power supply die in the middle of important work, so I called Rick and he was able to come get it and fix it up the very next day! He had a lot of good extra advice on upgrading my system in the future and even caught a few current issues I hadn't known about. Very reasonable fees, plus Rick is just an all-around really nice guy. My cat even gave him her stamp of approval, and she's pretty picky about guests : I recommend Pro-formance to anyone in the area.
