I went there 2 days in the week during business hours, I ring their bell many times and no one was there to answer. Someone on the next door told that no one was there. These Pictures were taken at their front door.

Excellent service. I brought my tv in (65 4K LCD ) close to closing time on Monday and by noon on Wednesday I had an email voicemail and text with a diagnosis. I approved the work and before noon the next day it was done. (Issue with the panel) the cost was good as well, Samsung wanted almost as much just to send someone out to diagnose it. They we all friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. (I was tempted to just buy a new tv but I'm glad I gave them a chance) On a side note, Samsung has terrible service and the tv was new in 2016 and not used much so it shouldn't have gone bad that soon. I have a Visio lcd from the early days that still works great.
