When Apple did their latest update, my iMac ultimately said NO! Programs crashed, deadlines were backed up, and I ended up dreading work while trying not to break my computer. Lori and Kandi jumped in and saved the day with an in-home install. That meant I didn't have to buckle up a large computer in my back seat and potentially break my work horse. Now I'm back up and running, and able to work five times as fast. Which ultimately means more work! THANK YOU again!

I recently had an internet connectivity issue. When you can't get into your business site online, you can't do business. CATS answered with a live person when I called and got on the problem immediately. Not only did they did to find the answer, but they also explained to me what I was looking at on my end. I was so relieved to have them working on my behalf as I tried dealing with internet providers and business tech support. Highly recommend them!

Kandi and Lori are a pleasure to work with. They are helping me out with my computer needs while networking and designing site from home, fixed microphone issues I had on my computer and they are helping me planning ahead for hands free needs in the salon once we are reopened.
