After 17 years of having an on-staff Director of IT, we needed a replacement plan when she retired. The reality was that she did a lot of everything and we couldn't replace her with just one person. Our network was built around her preferences and her particular vision of network engineering priorities. As things were about to change, we knew that we should move to an MSP model and that this transition would require some delicacy. One2One was fantastic in the process of migrating authorities over, helping us navigate what services we no longer needed, and even helping us to prioritize some of our equipment needs that saved us money when they could have kept supporting legacy without our knowing we were making needless investments.
