In 1998, I started my journey into entrepreneurship - establishing an IT services company known as MouseCalls that grew rapidly; by the time I hired my first technician, I had about 500 or so clients in my database, and as the company continued to grow, I started gaining larger clients. Founder Alan "Woody" Reeves was a Tech Rep for Packard Bell/NEC computers in Nashville, TN.

Reeves spent time in stores such as CompUSA, Computer Central, Best Buy, and Circuit City educating consumers and employees about new technologies, software, and computers.

Mr. Reeves was approached by head of the FBI's Tennessee Cybercrime division in 2008. The FBI agent made Mr. Reeves aware that their field office learned of many new virus threats through MouseCalls' regular client alerts. Later that same year, Mr. Reeves assisted both the FBI and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in a child pornography case.
