ICC has been extremely responsive to our needs and explaining best practices as well as service options as we worked through the onboarding process. Now that we are all setup we can rest assured that our computer systems have redundancy built into their backup systems and in the event of a issue we will lose minimal time. All of the members if the ICC team have been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I am the office manager of a pediatric dental office in Fort Collins. We have recently switched to ICC and are beyond happy with our service so far. They have amazing customer service with everyone at their company. They are easy to work with and genuine people. It is a pleasure to work with ICC. As the lay onsite IT person at our tax firm, it is comforting to know that ICC is just a phone call away. The staff is always friendly, patient, and responsive. They go above and beyond to address all of our IT problems. This past tax season especially, they provided the technological support we needed to continue to operate as many of our staff members transitioned to working from home. Patrick even met on of our CPAs at her house to set her up to work remotely. We appreciate the entire ICC team and would recommend them to anyone!
