I had what I considered to be an urgent situation. I was given the prompt attention that I felt I deserved despite it turning out to not have been that big a deal after all. I sure appreciate everyone's empathy and attention and certainly felt better having received the customer service i did and not having to worry that my laptop would not be functioning properly for the meetings I had later in the day.
