The friendly geniuses at 2B1 are true standouts. Not only are they able to navigate with expedience through the voodoo of computers and networks, but they are sanctioned representatives for several software companies and are connected with their counterparts for other software systems.
In sum what this means is that they can recommend software systems to propel your law firm to the next level, can set up and install the program(s), can teach you how to use them, and can diagnose and repair any network or server problems that befall you. These guys are smart, know what they are doing, and get the job done without gouging you. I have called them in a panic on evenings, weekends, etc., and always gotten the help that I needed with the immediacy that I needed. Try 'em out. You won't be sorry. Personal touch service like this is difficult to find these days.
