Business Details
We established our company in 1993 in Phoenix, Arizona, building a stellar reputation and achieving one of the highest customer retention rates in the technology industry. With over 32 years of professional experience, there is very little we have not seen, experienced, and successfully overcome in the field of computer systems. In December 2005, we relocated the business to Clinton, Tennessee, where we continue to proudly serve both new and existing clients throughout the Knoxville and Oak Ridge metropolitan areas. Our foundational philosophy is built on three basic principles, primarily recognizing that every client is entirely unique. Because you are unique, we firmly believe you should never have to settle for a compromised system designed for fifty thousand other people.
We are committed to providing the exact system you want and need, completely free from inherent excesses and weaknesses. Our team takes uncompromising pride in our work, ensuring we deliver the absolute best your hard-earned dollars can buy. We refuse to build cheap, rushed systems, focusing instead on delivering highly reliable solutions tailored to your specific requirements. When you encounter technical problems, we resolve them quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. Our specialized skills encompass comprehensive network design, installation, and professional consulting services. We remain dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards while delivering uncompromised quality and client satisfaction.

Our experience with Sherwood was amazing and smooth. We can not rave enough about Hannah, she gave us the tools and techniques to help our daughter thrive in language and speech. She truly cares and made us feel at ease.

I am honored to be in connection with such an exceptional organization! The range of services that are provided have positively impacted our family and I cannot tell enough of my loved ones about Sherwood! Lance, the CEO, has a personal connection to the mission and I know that my family is cared for and not to be too personal, loved. Anytime that I have had interactions with the front desk administration or our therapists, I have never once not been greeted with a smile.
The only feedback I can provide is that they are a little tucked in Lake Stevens across from Ace Hardware that makes it a little difficult to see from the road; however, they come directly to your home or wherever is comfortable anyway! Keep up the great work, Sherwood! I wish I had the words to thank Sherwood and their staff for how they have changed our lives.

Best service ever! He came to me, fixed it fast, and didn't charge extra like I really expected him to.
