I can't say enough great things about this company and its POS system. We made the decision to invest in this software 14 years ago and are STILL running their POS system without any problems or monthly payments! This was the BEST business decision we could have made - anyone who is opening a new spot and in for the long haul should definitely be investing right here and avoiding those monthly payments from all those other flashy cloud based systems. Keep your hard earned dollars in your own pocket! Investing in Microworks POS is like investing in yourself.

I have a tiny pizza shop that requires alot of attention. Everytime I've called or emailed Microworks with an issue, they have responded in a matter of minutes. I have delt with several different technical support people & they have ALL been more than helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a POS system. The system itself is amazing! It saves information that you don't even know you need.

We use Prism from Microworks at our restaurant, absolutely the best P.O.S Software for our business. Friendly local staff and software features not found in other systems. With their system you are able to take multiple order types and have a database for the customers past order and the ability to blacklist customers that do not pick up their orders. No monthly fees, not cloud based just a help desk yearly contract that I would recommend to anyone.
