Southridge Technology has demonstrated to me that is possesses the talent and has the understanding of how to provide professional computer services, both for hardware and software. Highly experienced and seasoned technician Garry Diggs is the most capable computer consultant I have ever known in over 35 years of using computers. I could not be better off after dealing with Computer Troubleshooters (ahh, they were actually for me "Troublemakers" best at selling unneeded hardware and cloud service rather than what was needed) in Brookfield, Connecticut. I am finally recovering from one mistake: not calling Southridge first!

I've been using Southridge ever since I started my business two years ago. They have always been quick to respond to any concerns that I have and often problems are resolved same day. The techs are friendly and easy to talk to, especially when you don't completely understand how computers work!
