He was patient with my lack of tech knowledge and gave me lot of information that I will use in the future. Eric treats his customers like they are family and friends. He has worked on my computers, one that totally died and my new one. He was honest with me about the old one being dead beyond the point of return. He set my new one up the way I like with my old files transferred. I would recommend Eric to all my family and friends. When my computer crashed I was crushed, and living without it when my job depends on it is a pain. I gave Erik a call and he walked me through over the phone what I should do. He told me that it would be a waste of my money to go through his company and that I should go through the manufacturers warranty service. He was right, and I got my computer fixed without spending a dime. That's the kind of honesty I like to see in someone I trust with my belongings and I will definitely be calling him for any future issues I have.
