I cannot say enough good things about Bonnie and Lew! During this difficult time they were able to diagnose our network issues and install a system that allows my wife and I to work from home with 2 kids doing remote learning. They were beyond helpful talking us through the process and handling any and all follow up questions. I cannot recommend them enough and will be referring them to all of my clients!

Very happy with our fully wired home! Bonnie keeps the whole process very organized, and Lew was great about identifying options to solve our overloaded wifi setup. The install went very smoothly and we now have a home full of TVs, computers, and devices that are running great, no lag, no buffering, it's great!

(Brian in McLean) Home Network Solutions made a number of important improvements to our whole-house data and entertainment systems. The work started with meticulously prepared estimates and clearly stated costs for labor and materials. The project mostly involved reconfiguring settings for our shared network and Wi-Fi systems, along with expert advice on a wide range of security and maintenance features.
The company also installed a commercial grade uninterruptable power supply (UPS) to more effectively manage our power supply. The all-day project was totally completed within a half-hour of the original quotation. Amazing accuracy, expert advice, and first-rate customer service.

I highly recommend Home&Office Network Solutions. They worked with us to diagnose the issues with our home network that were causing inconsistent connectivity, slow hand-off between devices, and messages related to "full access points." We ended up hiring them to overhaul the entire wired and wireless portions of our network. Since then, we have zero internal connectivity issues (aside from Xfinity's problems/service external to the house) and we are finally able to enjoy a reliable network. Bonnie and Lew run a very professional operation with courteous technicians who show up on time and handle the job with fantastic attention to detail. I could not give a higher recommendation if you are looking for their services.

Have used this company in past. The recent all install of updated TV and sound systems was seamless. They are such a cut above the big box stores. Truly, don't waste your time and money on big box store service.
