Extraordinary and fast firewall and switch replacement. The team went to work immediately and worked after normal business hours to replace all in ONE DAY. What a wonderful find! When I called in a panic, Ronald said he actually had time that day, and was able to fix all of the issues at my home office, which wasn't an easy straightforward issue. Cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and competent and calming he is, esp for someone whose livelihood is 100% computer dependent!
