We've used our pleasant demeanors, velvety phone voices, and magical computer powers to connect to the people we serve. As with all good technology companies, ThinkTankIT began its journey in February of 2003 in founder Mike McClendon's garage. Born of a desire to exit the printing business and to feed a new family something other than ramen and hot dogs, caution was thrown to the wind and a new company was formed with the simple goal of giving nerds a better name.The idea of taking complex technological concepts and making them understandable and relevant to small and medium business owners was the impetus and remains so today.
