If you are a fan of mediocre network support, "google search" technicians and being helped based off how much total $$ you spend throughout the year, then I recommend working with The Miller Group. The staff are rude and they over charge on all services, while consistently delivering sub-par service. They have recently turned over over half their employees due to the successful Miller namesake passed away and the "new direction" for the company is to overcharge and under-deliver. It used to be a good company, stay far, far away now.

I have had the same technical issue for 30 days that remains unsolved. I have called, filed four help tickets, emailed with technicians, and even emailed the billing department, yet no one responds. 5/23/18 - issues still not resolved

We have NO downtime since Miller straightened out our network of 14 computers plus file servers. Prior to this, we had a lot of downtime and many glitches. We had been through many other computer companies, who could not get the job done. We highly recommend Miller.
