I have used this group every time I have a problem with my computer. They are polite, professional and very efficient. I have never been disappointed with the results and they have saved me a lot of heartache recovering data and repairing my computer quickly. If you work from home, have your own business this is the best IT support you could have. I highly recommend this business.

The best decision I could have made re my old laptop and my lack of technical understanding. Chris did not make me feel badly for the state of my old laptop/charger. He understood my issue right away. He explained my options, the ability of the shop to address them, and that they would be in touch within a day. Chris then called to say they could do/address my issues, no worries, and my laptop could be picked up the next day. (For $100, I could not believe it.) When I picked everything up, Chris wasn't there. But, turns out it was no worries because the other person there knew all about my issue and was able to walk me through how to set things up on my new computer. I genuinely thought I was SOL until I went to the Computer Hospital. Allissa

I had forgotten my Mac password and didn't know what to do --so came to Computer Hospital for help! They solved my problem in a jiffy. Highly recommend. They are SO nice and knowledgeable.

I came to this store since I was having problems charging my smartphone properly. One of the workers there found that it had lint in the charging hole, and he got it out for me! I was so pleased and impressed, and now my phone can charge perfectly! He did it free of charge, but I gave him two dollars of tips out of gratitude. Please visit this shop if you have similar problems with your smartphone.
