Definitely know what he's doing and had lots of experience fixing the latest versions of laptops. Fixed my water damaged laptop in two hours and ran some extensive tests to make sure everything's ok. $300 was worth it but attitude on the phone was a bit rough when I called

I don't like posting reviews on companies I didnt receive a full service from but my experience was so unprofessional I have to. I inquired with this store due to all the good reviews but was sorely shocked at the customer service. Extremely rude and patronizing. Demands I bring him a $150 deposit in cash before even looking at the computer and when asked why gave a nasty reply. The attitude was so sour I unfortunately had to look elsewhere.

Great, prompt service. I called in the middle of the day when my laptop shut down, and explained that I needed it back as soon as possible for work. Ludovic had it back to me by the end of the day, so that I could use it while he located an additional replacement part. Highly recommend.
