You know you can trust a "phone guy" when he shows up ready to work. I've had guys in Italian loafers and ties try to sell me phone systems, but I want to buy a system from someone who actually understands how the system works, and I don't want a useless service contract that requires me to pay money for stuff I don't need. Patrick is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He's made our business run better!
