JEGS is where it is at. As a small business owner doing everything on your own is hard. I deleted my most recent and important pictures off my photography chip. I thought I lost everything and sorta lost it lol. All I know is that I contacted JEGS and he gave ma a immediate solution. Less than 2 days I received a call and got them back. He is the best! I have never experienced a computer service like JEGS. When my Chromebook crashed Sam had no hesitation as to what was wrong. We are fortunate to be within driving distance so dropping off the computer was such a convenience. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and patient. Sam kept me up to date on the repair and before long I was picking it up. The price was very reasonable. "So why settle for less when you can have the best." I will definitely be using JEGS again.

This company is amazing, i was in a tight situation after hours and i contacted this company not expecting a response till the next morning and and was by a tech within 1hour or so. He was able to resolve my issue immediately remotely. I didn't really care what he was going to charge me because i was in a tight situation but his pricing was really reasonable. Will continue use this company for all my computer needs.
