My family, along with our multiple businesses, moved from Ohio to Charlotte, NC. We moved here and didn't know a single person. We were in desperate need of some IT support for our new office. I searched on Google and came across Moses at NB Technology, called him up and he came right out to assess our needs. He then told us exactly what we needed to get up and running and also gave us a fair, competitive price.

He then came in and installed/wired everything up for us with no issues, he even coordinated directly with Spectrum and set up our internet for us. Basically, we showed up to the office one day and everything was working and ready to go! I would highly recommend NB Technology for your IT needs!

NB Technology is simply the best hands down! They are honest and reliable. Years ago we had 2 old servers that we needed to replace with new ones but they gave us better advice and helped us move to the cloud. It was just the best move ever and we saved a lot of money and time. NB Technology manages all of our technology need, including desktop support, networks, phone, Internet and cybersecurity. We made the right choice and it's truly a pleasure working them too.

Bethlehem Church has worked with NB Technology since 2012. NB Technology has proven to be a very reliable company to do business with. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in all areas. They are very professional and timely with responses. They have upgraded our Wi-Fi, introduced us to a new Cloud phone system, troubleshoot if issues arise with our network. NB Technology helped us set up our office, built and hosts our website and email, and provides continuous customer support. When I have tech questions they always get back to me in a timely manner, and even give help that they're not necessarily "paid" to do. I would recommend them to any local small business needing tech support.
