The technician replaced the digitizer on my smart phone. He got to it the same day and I am happy with the work done. The staff is nice and responsive. I will be back if the need arises.

Danielle is my "rock star." Danielle explained what was wrong with my Macbook Air, how long and what it would cost for them to repair it, which was mucho bucks. THEN, she went above and beyond and checked to see if the Mac was still under warranty. Which it was. THEN she went the extra, extra mile and set-up an appointment for me at the Apple Store in SLO to have it repaired through them. Can you believe it?!
I am sooo appreciative of the extra time she gave me, the extra effort she expended, how honest she was AND she saved me a ton of money even though Alltech didn't make a dime. NO CHARGE! No question I will keep coming back to Alltech and will gladly pay their fee.

The people that work here are so helpful! And nice too, especially to a couple of technology challenged seniors who had a very old laptop with tons of pictures that we were hoping they could successfully rescue. These kids were very patient with us too. We recommend this business to everyone who has any computer needs or questions.
