I reached out to Pride based on a recommendation in a local Facebook group. I messaged them through their website and I received a phone call the next morning. We made a plan to upgrade the memory and hard drive on my 5 year old laptop, as well as replace the battery and finicky charging port. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and their recommendations were spot on. I left with my laptop feeling like a brand new machine at a fraction of the cost of actually buying a new laptop. I should have done this years ago! I highly recommend Pride and will be using their services again in the future.

Called about a relatively simple job and told the employee about the issue I was having. I install my own hardware. He gave me a very simple DIY and reason why it might work and it did! A 60 second phone conversation saved me a trip and money. Very friendly and helpful company! If I need any supplies in the future I'll definitely come here first. Thanks again!
