As an IT solutions company, customer service should be their number one priority. Not only are they unreliable, but they are also completely unprofessional. This address they give at 71 commercial street, is a PO box. They have no actual office or any sort of actual business structure. Their jobs, from secretary to technician are outsourced, and overall if you need long term solutions, don't bother with this company because as an IT technician myself I can promise you this company wont be around for long.
