I have been an AASDI tech for many years. I now have my own company and am a AASDI partner. There are a lot of exceptional people at ASD that I have worked with over the years. Employees have come and gone, but one thing has has remained consistent - the unwavering commitment that ASD has to its' customers and its' AASDI partners. Specifically, Ryan R. and his team have been great to work with in terms of special projects and service calls.

They are great communicators and problem solvers allowing me to provide their customers with a high quality service. They are terrific team players, and I truly appreciate Ryan and his team. Thank you all Deployment specialist and Project managers

Jeffrey, Zach and the team at ASD are fantastic to work with! They are quick to respond to inquiries, provide updates, and even call to follow up. We had Zach out this week and not only did he troubleshoot through the issues we inquired about, but he helped with two other 'pop up' issues and corrected them while on site. Jeffrey then called to follow up and helped us navigate through another issue - the timing was perfect and they both went out of their way to help us in each situation.
