Awful! Took laptop in for a screen replacement and they broke the camera and the speakers during the "repair". They kept the laptop for a month longer than they said they would and when I told the "manager" he said, "Ok?" Don't waste your time and money.

Got there 6 minutes before closing time, they offered directions with a smile and didn't even longer over me, I never once felt rushed (even tho I did my best to hurry). They have a nice selection of new parts very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

I'm VERY unimpressed with this company, took my laptop here because it was very slow. So they told me they would diagnose the problem, call me to let me know before fixing it, and me a price. After a while I called them to check on it, and they said it was ready and it would be $70. Number one, I never got a phone call, and they insisted they called me and left a message. Not only did I not get a phone call, but you could not even leave a message cause the voicemail was full. REALLY PEOPLE! Second, you tell me the person who fixed it is off today, there is no manager on site, and you dont call me back to see how my laptop is working or how my service was.

Meaning you could care less, nice way to run a business. So basically I paid you $70 for nothing, you took my money and my computer is slower now than it was before I brought it to you. Thanks guys, for being so unconcerned!
