Hard drive failed. I took laptop to Frenchy on Friday and by noon Monday he had it replaced with a solid-state unit. All files were recovered including confidential financial information. Everything was carefully explained, and helped me install some proprietary software. Recommend highly.

We needed to fix a loose wire in our acoustic guitar pickup. While none of the music shop owners agreed to help, Israel got to the bottom of the problem and reattached the wire within 5 minutes! Highly recommend for any electronics repairs!

I took my Mid-2012 MacBook Pro here due to it being slow. I had been told at other places I just needed to trash this one. After running an initial diagnostic, Frenchy (the owner and tech) recommended installation of a new SSD. I did this 6 months ago (early March 2021) and my Mac has never performed as good as it has since I did this. He is very honest, extremely knowledgable, and a very pleasant individual. Worth every penny. Also, He also did previously repair my girlfriend's MacBook Air the same day it failed. If you have a computer emergency COME here. He also bilingual if needed!
