If my records are correct, I've used Frontline for almost 20 years. Problems have been rare and often my own faults. Most important to me is that they have always been friendly and responsive. Ed Gleason is great!

We've been using Frontline Data Services for at least ten years. The service is to rated, because 50 you'll receive a response w/i 5 minutes, and 50% of the time w/i 15-30 minutes. The actual service e.g., problem handling never took more than two hours. Their support persons, are very knowledgeable, professionals, and eager to assist. As a customer I'm very happy with Frontline Data Services.

Frontline is my 3rd (and final) host. From a technical standpoint the systems are great on speed, features and uptime, but what really stands out for me is the customer service. Being my own worst enemy they fix my mistakes faster than I can make them - have a problem, get a response so quick and solved the first time. My only complaint is that I don't have more business to give them. Highest recommendations.
