I've used BCT Consulting's Xobee VoIP service for years now. The quality is spot on. The support is terrific. Pricing is about the best you can get. And the service and the support from the techs and managers there -- time and time again --- is flat out superb. They may be in Fresno while I'm in Tampa Bay, but I would not consider switching my business VoIP service to a cheap-rate or local company for anything.

I've worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. I currently work at a company that uses them. BEWARE of this fake crappy company. BCT stands for Bull Crap Technology because that's what they are. Their service is extremely below par. They will hold your company hostage by not giving you any admin password. You have to go through them for everything. They bill 250. an hour for crappy service.
Be careful what you sign. I didn't sign with them, they were here when I started working here. We are looking for another IT managed company soon. Their work is very poor. They don't finish projects or leave them half undone. Their customer service is the worst that I have encountered. Do yourself a favor and find someone else that is truly professional, finish projects, and don't hold your Network hostage.
