They fixed my PC up in a timely fashion and we're extremely pleasant, polite, and easy to work with! I would 100% recommend giving them your business if you're looking for computer repair in the area, as the costs were very manageable on top of everything else!

Professional, reasonable, and fun to work with. They helped me get a custom build up and running and they treated me with respect all along. Andy was patient and helpful, as was Tony. I shattered my laptop screen and had to bring it in for service. Super professional and it now works like a dream. Andy kept me updated on repairs and parts ordered throughout the whole experience. Hopefully I won't need their service again any time soon, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back.

Five stars, highly recommended. I called Madison Geeks to help me diagnose my intermittent internet. I set up a 30 minute remote consultation with Tony. He couldn't find anything wrong with my PC, so he spent the rest of the time giving me suggestions and ideas of what I could do at home to fix the problem. I am really glad he gave me the suggestions rather than have to spend time and money on an in-person visit. Ultimately I bought a new router, as he suggested, which fixed the problem. I will be calling back once I get a new graphics card and we can work on up upgrading my PC.

I cannot speak highly enough about these dudes. They took a frustrating situation with a new build, and sorted the entire thing out for me. The whole process was painless and affordable.
