They are my MSP and I can't recommend them enough. The solutions they provide along with their truly top notch service is second to none. If you're in the market for a MSP for your business for technical needs you would be doing yourself a disservice by not using them.

DirectNetworks was a big help this past weekend in bringing our company infrastructure back online. I was notified by one of their engineers about a couple of offline servers that had gotten stuck in a boot loop due to a bad Microsoft windows update. With the engineer's help I was able to successfully resolve the issue and bring all network services back online without any noticeable downtime to my end users.
Without DirectNetworks engineer's prompt notification and help I would have most likely woken up to frantic calls and texts from my end users Monday morning when our company servers would have still been down. Thanks a bunch!
