We've been using these guys for years. They are the ultimate professionals. They understand you need your machine back pronto. Unlike so many "nerd shops'" COI understands your needs-- and unlike others, they understand the importance of communicating status back to the client. This a a boutique operation run by skilled technical and business professionals. It's kinda like the Tiffany's of hard-drives. Highly recommended!

Joe and Jim are fantastic. They helped me upgrade my PC from a FX 6300, GTX 950, and a old motherboard to a Ryzen 1600, ASRock motherboard, GTX 1060. The process took a full day and I was able to pick it up the next morning. It's nice to have them so close to my house and they were on the phone with me for problem solving (which was my doing). Joe is vary knowledgeable and gave me the run-around of everything.
They both helped build my tower and Jim even had no problem carrying my PC case in and out of the shop (which is lovely by the way). I'm extremely satisfied with the build and will definitely be coming back for upgrading again. Do not hesitate to ask what you might think as a "dumb question" - there isn't any! Thanks guys! UPDATE* - 7-27-21 Joe is mad scientist! I come in about every 6 months for upgrades.
Remember that word, UPGRADES not fixes he's always working on things and gets the job right. He, like myself wants your machine not only to perform right, but look great at the same time. Here's some of the stuff he's done recently. I moved recently and I drive my PC about 40 mins to get here. It's worth every mile. You the man Joe!

My hard drive took a dump on me, and I don't have time to to fix it myself. Coi computers fixed it with no problems, and provided excellent customer service. I also, paid less then I had expected. If you need computer work done you don't need to look any further!

I'd like to highly recommend Joe at COI Computers in Glendale for your computer issues. Just used him twice in the last month - first to replace the hard drive on my laptop - and then to recover hundreds of photos I thought I'd lost forever from an SD card I accidentally reformatted. Pics were from a road trip I just did with my son whom I helped move to Denver, and more from the subsequent road trip I took through WY, UT, NV & CA. Joe is very knowledgeable, friendly and was a pleasure to get to know. Thanks again, Joe!
