I went to get my iPhone XS screen fixed, had no other issues with my phone but the face recognition that pretty much never worked for me. When I came to pick up my phone they said my ear speaker is not working, they couldn't test it before because there was no sim attached (I do think there was other ways to test) so they marked it as faulty and now they say it didn't work when I brought it. I was offered a discount to fix it and the owner also said that I can trade it, I didn't feel comfortable to fix it there, and probably will never go there again or recommend this place.

They charged $99 for a "b-grade" used battery replacement for my iPhone 12 at the end of November. That battery only lasted 3.5 months, just past their parts warranty. Going to Apple today for a brand new battery for $69

They responded very quickly to my inquiry and even texted when I couldn't answer the phone, which is really helpful and convenient. They fixed my old MacBook in a few days and every person that worked there was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend.
