AWESOME! No need to look for any better computer repair/service than Portland Support - there isn't any! Prompt, professional, friendly and understanding owners. Saved my butt big time at 1/5 what it would have cost me to go someplace else - most of which charge $200 or more the minute you walk in the door! I am so thankful I found these guys. I didn't end up having Grant fix my laptop because the repairs were too much. As in it was best to get a good one instead. I appreciated Grants transparency about that, as well as their swift diagnosis for my broken screen. We will keep them on our list to call for any future computer repart needs. On Tuesday I took my old Acer computer into Grant. The processor was just old and worn out. Grant was able to upgrade me to a Lenovo Think Centre and transfer all of my information from my old computer. He gave me a great deal, ($450 w/Labor) for this type of PC. It is faster than anything I have used previously even from work! I was able to take it home on Thursday and I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend Portland Support Computer Repair on SW Canyon.
