My HP Color LaserJet printer required service due to a persistent paperjam error code. Wedge at 911 Tech Repair explained that he would diagnose the issue and follow up within a few hours. He later called to report that there was no residual paper in the machine, but the error code suggested a potential sensor defect.
Wedge continued troubleshooting and ultimately determined that the sensor had been damaged and that the replacement part is no longer available. Although I was disappointed by the outcome, I felt confident that an expert had thoroughly diagnosed the problem and communicated with me in a professional and timely manner.

As a family we have been using 911 Tech Repair for around 10 years. More recently about twice in 6 months for screen replacement and in each case the turn around time has been amazing. When you contact 911 Tech Repair phone calls are answered/returned promptly, estimates of price and time are given and service is perfect. 10 out of 10. Super place and extremely nice staff.

Ive been going here for a few years it started with my tablet. I had an amazing experience so when my kid wanted a 3D printing computer I came back. The first computer didnt work so I called him up and and he took back the computer and we tested out another one to make sure itll work. Just an overall amazing guy and place to placing phones tablets computers. Ill be coming to him for life

I've had two custom PC builds put together by Wedge; my first one was 8 years ago and I've had zero issues with it. I came to him again for my second PC and it came out perfect. Both times he was super friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. This is a great place to go if you're nervous about putting together a PC yourself.
