What computer repair services do you offer?
We repair all PC and Mac brands, including hardware replacements, virus removal, data recovery, OS installations, and system optimization. We also build custom computers and provide web design services.
Do you provide on-site service for homes and businesses?
Yes, we offer house calls and business services throughout Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, Ulster, Rockland, and Westchester Counties with transparent travel fees based on distance.
What are your service hours?
Our store is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Emergency services aren't specifically offered, but we prioritize quick turnaround for all repairs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and debit cards with a 3% fee on parts over $200. We also offer cash payments without additional fees.
Do you offer any service warranties?
Yes, we provide a 30-day repair warranty on our services. We also offer protection plans with remote support and regular system maintenance.
How are your pricing rates structured?
We have flat fees for most services starting at $80 for virus removal and $100 for OS restoration. On-site services include travel fees based on location with transparent pricing provided upfront.

Javier's (JK Techs) computer service is impeccable. He is knowledgeable, quick to diagnose and fix problems, and timely in completing the work. He is also honest. He will tell you if your laptop is worth fixing, help you choose a new one if not, and build the new laptop to your liking. He has rescued me many times from laptop "crises," and I'm so thankful for his dedication and TLC.

Javier has been my IT home tech for the past three years. His remote service is excellent when you have a problem and need him to help you solve it, as long as you are connected to the internet. If not, he usually can come within 24 hours to your home, today he was here in less than 6 hours and after 1 hour, all issues were resolved.

I had a 2015 Mac that would not boot up. I thought it was garbage. Brought to JK Techs, they replaced the hard drive. Not only were they fast, but totally reasonable. This machine is like brand new. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend them!

I called Javier to help me with a computer build. He is very knowledgeable in the computer science field and is patient with customers. He did an excellent job with the build. I was given Javier's number by a friend. He responded promptly and actually came to Mahwah which is a drive for him. He explained to me in detail what to expect and took my computer to work on. He returned the computer and again explained what he did and also help set up my new Router. Very patient and knowledgeable. I also will add his bill for services was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend reaching out with any computer issues that you have.

What a great experience I had working with Javier and Karen. I had trouble installing Office 2016 and spent 4 hours on the phone with Microsoft tech's and they could not solve the problem and treated my like crap. I brough my computer to JK Tech and they solved the problem. Thanks guys. I am back in business

They were very professional and fixed my laptop in about a week. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and give me all of my options. Their prices are really good compared to some local shops and the best part for me was that they will pick up and drop off your machine or device at your home if you're too busy to take it to them. This is my 3rd or 4th time using them for different laptops over the years and they've always done an excellent job.
