Anytime my employees call for computer support, they're very responsive and get it taken care of. I really enjoy working with Hyphenet. Their team recently helped migrate my business to Office 365. Hyphenet recently assisted us with a huge (enormous for us) server upgrade. Our servers were obsolete and due for an upgrade, Hyphenet gave us a competitive bid and provided us with a high end, top quality, and future proof machine. But at a price our budget could handle. And they did not stop there. The hardware is amazing for sure, but the expertise, the know how, the comprehensive customer CARE is what really makes this company shine.
Facing a regulatory deadline Jason gave us 100% in order to meet our unique and frustrating requirements.
Working with a 3rd party software vendor (that was nowhere near as cooperative and supportive as the team at Hyphenet) Jason committed numerous hours to make certain that we were ready for the upgrade. I'm writing this review at 3 AM in the morning because when it came down to the final moments of our upgrade we learned that the 3rd party vendor had an undisclosed requirement for a fourth server. Jason was here (virtually) in the middle of the night to setup the server and ensure that we made our deadline. WITHOUT COMPLAINT.

Whenever I have a tech problem, hyphent is one phone call away, they recently provided me onsite support and set up several new Dell workstations, helped me with setting up custom configurations for each workstation. And my network security is top notch. Complete with auto data backups; perfect for preventing damage in case I get hit with ransomware.
Whenever my employees have a problem such as forgetting their outlook password, Hyphenet is able to remotely reset their outlook password and provide support. Not a great experience. Hyphenet advertises that they can rescue your data files from encrypted RANSOMWARE -They CANNOT! They told me to just pay the ransom to get the decryption key, then sent me on my way. Two-Stars only bcuz the IT guy was knowledgeable, -But they can't do what they advertise on their website

My mother had some issues with her computer. It locked up on her with a message saying, "You have to pay to be able to use your computer again"! Obviously it was some kind of spam. We called Hyphenet and they were able to help us out without us even taking the computer into the store. They worked on the computer remotely and removed the Trojan that was infecting the computer. Very reasonable prices, and great customer service!
