Great service! Quickly rooted out the issue in only a couple hours. My computer was shutting off after 5-10 minutes or use. The cause. A bad ram stick. They have warranty included just to make sure you're leaving happy and stay happy. They are affordable with options to expedite your repair. They make sure you understand the issue and will show you. Unlike some mechanics All in all. Highly recommend

Mark and his team are hands down the best of the best! My external hard drive crashed containing 14 years of my life, all my kids pictures since their birth, my pictures from 14 years of my career in the military, literally so many cherished memories. Everyone I talked to said it was a lost cause, except for Mark and his team! Mark didn't stop when even him and his team couldn't get it fixed, he reached out to his sources and after months of work they were able to recover all of precious memories! I absolutely recommend this company! I'm beyond thankful to them and forever grateful that they cared enough to see it through and were able to get all of my data recovered!

These guys are GREAT! I had to take my system into there because of a boot loop issue. They let me know what was going on with each step of the process, the repair work is first rate, and if I have another issue in the future, I'm taking my system to them.
