My son is a student at Marietta College in Ohio which is about 25 minutes away from this location. He was in the middle of mid term week with tests and papers on his apple mac laptop. The laptop crashed. We live in PA and could not be there to help him and the nearest Apple store is 3 hours away. I called PIT computers and they had him bring the laptop in that day. They said usual turn around is one week.

They had this fixed the next day for him. I can not say thank you enough about the great service and people I spoke with, especially Brandy and Tracey. What a great company and experience taking care of local and out of town customers. 5 stars.

I brought in a laptop for some upgrades, and unfortunately due to my own time constraints had to pick it back up before it was finished. Despite that, I'd whole heartedly recommend this place! Knowledgeable employees, superb customer service, and very clean store. Next time I'm back in town, I will 100% be coming back to pIT!
