Good Ol' Microsoft completed an update late last night and ended up changing the settings on my business laptop. I live in Mesquite, NV so I was up the creek without a paddle. I'm not completely ignorant on how to make changes or restore but this one baffled me. I made a call to Lifeguard Computers and Aaron said to bring it in and he would take care of the situation. For some reason the update put everything in a temp user file and it didn't update.
He went through few things and finally was able to resolve the issue. He literally saved me and my business tons of money and believe me I am very, very thankful for the help and service offered and completed by Aaron. By the way, "No Sticker Shock"; a fair price and great result!

I normally build and do my own repairs to my computers. But I am getting up in years and my time is valuable so with my last upgrade I hit up lifeguard computers. They supposed my CPU and had me up and running in a couple days. About a week later I realized my case just didn't support good airflow to keep my cpu cool. so I returned and they were great. They replaced my motherboard and moved it all into the brand new case with a little under 2 hours labor. The PC looks great. Thanks Aiden and crew. You guys do a great job

Had a non charging laptop. I tried everything I new to diagnose the problem. Lifeguard took it in and performed complete diagnostics and solved the puzzle. Very reasonable fee.
