They have been very professional, helpful and reasonably priced. Purchased a new computer & monitor. They transferred all the data from my laptop that was about to die & came to my house to set it all up. I'm very pleased with everything they have done for me. Highly recommend Computer Bytes!

I have to give them their due, Computer Bytes built my PC some 11 years ago and it's still running. The hard drive it came with failed after about 7 years, but any other component I've replaced has been for performance upgrades and not because the part had a problem. You won't get that level of dependability just anywhere, judging by the horror stories I regularly hear now about other custom builds.

Dude sells you windows for $100 and then charges you $100 to install it and then charges $80 labor on top of that! Computer works fine but the cost is outrageous. Definitely will not go back.

The only thing that tops their technical knowledge and skills is the customer service. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. I will definitely be back if I run into an issue I can't fix on my own. Highly recommend.
