I can't say enough good things about directive. Here's just one example of how they go above and beyond. Imagine this: It's 1:30am. The Hotel we are at for a trade show said they have internet but it wasn't working. We called Directive at 1:30am, someone answered the phone on the second ring, diagnosed the laptop which was good. Then called the ISP for the hotel and determined the switch was down for our room. Directive didn't stop there, they called the hotel got us a new room AND a discount on the room for the trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend them, I have used them for almost 20 years for all of my IT and Websites for multiple businesses I own.
