Just had the worst customer service ever here. I was told he 'didn't want customers like me' when I complained that I had driven a hour to get a phone repaired for a booked in and prepaid repair only to be told that the part was not in. Surely a phone call to let us know the delay wouldn't have been too much to ask? Totaly rude arrogant response. I went elsewhere.
